astrivois provides professional tax advisory services including but not limited to tax planning, compliance management, VAT consulting, and international tax advisory. Our services are designed to help clients navigate Austrian and European Union tax regulations whilst optimising their tax position.

User Obligations

Limited Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use materials we provide solely for your internal business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Fees and Payment
Fees for our services are agreed upon in separate service agreements or engagement letters. All fees are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment Terms
- Invoices are payable within 30 days of issue
- Interest may be charged on overdue amounts
- We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
- Disputed amounts must be raised within 30 days
Limitation of Liability
Whilst we strive to provide accurate and timely advice, our liability is limited as set forth below. These limitations are reasonable given the nature of tax advisory services and the complexity of applicable regulations.
Scope of Liability
Our liability is limited to:
- Direct damages resulting from our negligent performance of services
- The amount of fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
- Claims made within one year of the service completion
Exclusions
We exclude liability for:
- Indirect, consequential, or special damages
- Loss of profits, business opportunities, or goodwill
- Decisions made based on incomplete information provided by you
- Changes in law or regulation after advice is given

Confidentiality
astrivois maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information and is bound by professional secrecy obligations under Austrian law. We implement appropriate measures to protect the confidentiality and security of your information.
Confidential information may only be disclosed with your express consent, as required by law, or as necessary to provide our services (such as to regulatory authorities or professional service providers under confidentiality agreements).
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Austrian courts.
Where our services involve European Union tax matters, applicable EU directives and regulations shall also apply. For international tax matters, relevant double taxation treaties and international tax agreements may also be applicable.
Dispute Resolution
We encourage the resolution of any disputes through direct discussion. If formal proceedings become necessary, they shall be conducted in Klagenfurt, Austria, in accordance with Austrian civil procedure.
Termination
Either party may terminate our service relationship in accordance with the terms set out in the relevant service agreement. Termination does not affect obligations that have already accrued or the confidentiality provisions of these terms.
Termination by Client
You may terminate our services by giving written notice as specified in your service agreement. You remain liable for:
- All fees for services provided up to the termination date
- Any costs incurred on your behalf
- Completing any ongoing compliance obligations
Termination by astrivois
We may terminate our services in the following circumstances:
- Non-payment of fees after reasonable notice
- Breach of these terms that is not remedied within 30 days
- Professional or ethical conflicts that cannot be resolved
- Where continuation would violate professional standards
Website Use
These terms also govern your use of the astrivois website. By accessing our website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.
Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Use our website for any unlawful purpose or activity
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Interfere with the proper functioning of our website
- Upload or transmit malicious code or harmful content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
